I'm done. Good old (what I call) juevos rancheros supreme. What I call red eggs (6 eggs, little fajita seasoning & garlic powder, 3 tbs Cholula or Valentina hot sauce, black pepper), golden potatoes & yellow onion cooked in a little butter, forgot the jalapenos bang topped with tomatillo sauce this time. You talk about good.

I normally cover in good ol' homemade ranchero sauce, like this.

I still enjoy traditional juevos rancheros though. That might be on the menu this weekend. Thanks for looking, and hope everyone has a good day.

Just looking at that gives me the runs. I'd still eat it though.

Japs don't bother me bad, but that's about where I draw the line. Ive had several grilled fresh ones that ruined a good meal!
