How can the ATF say it is ok to shoulder a pistol brace yet if you put a stock on it you're a felon??? IT'S THE EXACT SAME THING  !!!

Now I wonder if the same goes for my shockwave brace, because it has a 12 position buffer tube to adjust LOP  it's not permanently affixed. I just don't like the sig braces very much

Now the price of those braces will go up. Supply and demand. I still prefer a stock, just wish they would eliminate the wait.

All discussion about braces aside, the fact that they can change their mind according to whichever way the wind blows and still remain sufficiently vague is scary. Let's hope this kind of thing is on the list of "common sense" adjustments that need to be made.
The whole SBR thing needs to be re-written. I have owned both, and decided to go the SBR route. The whole interstate transportation thing is just silly. Prohibition era problems ended a long time ago.

.... The whole interstate transportation thing is just silly.... I agree. I do keep a lower with a brace around just so I don't have to fill out a form and get approval just so I can travel across state lines with my SBR. It's easier to just swap out the lowers and go on my way.
