if you do buy around these parts ive found that the folks in aspermont super friendly and helpfull but im not a yankee.....j/k lol i live in graham about 90 miles away dont know if a could live out there ...long ways from nowhere...

lol. I've found the County officials to be very friendly and helpful.
I like the solitude of that area. We live in the rural mountains of PA. We only have one traffic light in the whole county. Mostly hunting/fishing camps. 30 miles for a major grocery store, 40 miles to the nearest Walmart. When someone asks, what is there to do out here? I tell them if you have to ask, this place is not for you.
My son and two young grandsons live in Argyle. Im looking for a place to be able to hunt with my boys. Our seasons don't give us that opportunity while the kids are still in school. We make 2-3 trips out to see them every year and they get out here in the summer but would like to be closer but still live in the country.
