The only place I can hunt has hogs and the landowner will only let me use rimfires. I shoot them when the come to feed in a cow trough. Head shooting them is the only I option I have. I really wish somebody would make the 17wsm round in a FMJ. It really is a fun round to shoot.

I would rather use a smaller gun than a larger one. I use an AR but before I got it I would always take the .22 mag. It's lightweight and accurate, and killed a bunch of hogs with it.

You couldn't have picked a more appropriate spot to hit that hog! Perfect angle nice video. Me I'm sticking with somewhat bigger rounds.

The new 15 grain is a solid copper bulle not fmj but solid expanding.

Good shooting. That pig went down with authority.

A hog is nothing more than a bullet receptacle.

Awesome. I need this video for the, "You need at least a .308 for hog hunting!" argument I have seemingly all the time. Shot placement and velocity is key!

I like enough gun to reliably break shoulders and make it to the other side but I am guilty of using a 22 Hornet on feral hogs. Have to be a bit too picky on shots with the little rounds.
