Is it any good or any better than regular green slime? I thought I would try it out but it appears very thin and not as thick as slime.

Reg green slime will rust your wheels over time. Do a little research and you can find a much better product. I went with Liquitube. Seems good so far.

I am now using a product that I heard about on this forum called MULTISEAL PRO HD 2500 Tire Sealant that I believe is going to be good. I put it in the tires of my mule before bird season and there are no telling how many punctures in all four tires and I have added no air as of yet.
I have run Berryman's and the green slime and if it was between those two, Berrymans would be my choice. Neither of those have ever performed for me like the MULTISEAL.

my dad used to buy stuff in a 5 gallon bucket with a pump lid. It was fluorescent pink and almost had the consistency of wet paper mulch. That was by far the best product I have ever seen or used. All the area farmers and ranchers would have us put it in new tubes when they bought them for their tractors.

TRC6 Mighty Pink

Specs

We shredded an old laid out ~20 acre field that was grown up about waist to shoulder high in mesquites with a 9N & 5 foot shredder. A few days later, both front tires were low, I aired them up and shredded a few more patches we had lined up. A few days later, the front tires were flat, so I decided to yank them off and put new tubes in until I got the old tubes out and there were literally hundreds of puncture holes with pink stuff plugging them and the tires had hundreds of half inch to 1 inch mesquite thorns inside. Dad said chunk the tires, we would never get all the thorns out after working on one for about an hour and not even 1/2 way around.

I just don't know where to buy in smaller quantities that a 5 gallon bucket.

I use a product called http://www.powersportstireseal.com/. It comes in pint, gallon, 5 gallon, or 55 gallon drums. Best sealant I've found since the old puncture proof tubes of the 60's and 70's.

Some of the tire companies have their own lines now. I'd use the thickest stuff I could find.

That stuff works pretty good too. Used it a lot when I worked in the tire business. Little expensive but did seal really well
