Anyone have a solution to deer investigating my sets and throwing traps. Set 6 traps Friday and have had 4 stepped in by deer already. Caught 2 coyotes today.

Good job on catching the coyotes!
What are you using for bait?
I have less deer, cattle and elk mess with just urine and turd sets.
You can use brush or trees over your traps. Set up under a low hanging tree or create an over hang that is tall enough to not make coyotes feel cagey but is short enough to deter deer from walking up on your traps.
Also, use trail or road dust to top off your set. It's my opinion the smell of fresh soil is just as much an attractant to non-target animals as the bait scent. If the set smells just like the area they are walking they're not as courious.

Do not use gland lures or urine at the set as they stomp the set. Use a mouse type lure and you will have less problems.
