Nowadays, it seems like the only place to find anything from the past is the online auction sites. You sure don't see them in the gun shops down in my area.

I think the best place to find one would be in my gunsafe. I keep looking, but unfortunately I have yet to find one in there.

I've seen pretty decent deals on SMLEs on Gunbroker, believe it or not. I got one that had been very lightly sporterized (reversibly) a while back for $175.

I got mine on GB. Excellent Mk 1 No. 4 Trick to auction sites is having patience and be willing to say no even though you want it. I know......it's a great deal, right. Trust me another will come up sooner than you think.

I know they had a bunch at the recent guns shows in Sweetwater and Abilene.
