I need to restock on flea and tick meds. Currently using Frontline Plus, seems to work well. What are you guys using? Also, when hunting or training do you use anything in addition to the monthly type medicines?

petsmart sells a monthly fle, tick, and mosquito called shield. You have to purchase it from the vet clinic in there. It is only about 45.99for six moths supply.

I use the frontline too...never had a flea or tick knock on wood!

I use one called Bio-Spot it has the same ingredients as Frontline. I think 6 doses is about $20.00
My wife buys 3 boxes at a time from a place on line.
I don't think I have ever seen fleas on any of my dogs, so it must work pretty good!

I started using frontline when my lab turned 12 weeeks old! So far so good! My father uses this on his 3 year old lab too!
