Have 2 openings. 7500 acres located on Callaghan ranch road between Encinal and Freer. Long term lease. Year round access. Good all weather roads. No oilfield. Lodging provided. Central air and heat, washer/dryer.covered skinning rack with walk in cooler. 16 tower blinds, 15 protein feeders,10 cottonseed feeders, 23 corn feeders. Family always welcome, guest policy for non family members. Cost of protein, cottonseed, corn in feeders, all camp fees, shredding and road work which we do yearly is included in the price. 14750 per gun. Contact Jim if interested. 3615508563.

Doesn't seem to be too many takers. I bet there's some huge deer, but for that price I'm sure we can all agree that there should be. It'll get leases I bet

That's a good price for that area if the acreage per hunter is right. I have a couple buddies paying 17K in that same area with no lodging, stands, feeders, feed, road work etc. Good luck in your search. In places like these, it's usually about finding the "right" members.

That ranch is 100k acres. 7k of the 14k is feed bill. Some of the pastures run one gun per 700-1000 acres.

Don't know which pasture this is but ranch produces a 180" deer ever year

Yes we have big deer, and yes I agree it is very important to find the right people who have the same goals as far as trying to grow big deer and also fit in well with the group. We have had lots of interest and have shown the ranch to several interested hunters. Last week we offered the spots to 2 men who we think will fit in well with our group. The lease is now full. Thanks for all the inquiries
