Cappy, Remi and Rusty retrieved well over 3,000 ducks and geese combined. They were the only reason that I continued hunting well into my 70s. Cappy and Remi are now gone. Rusty just turned seven and is now retired, just like his Daddy.

Poor Rusty ... he's been relegated to fetching lost golf balls on the golf course we live on. However, there's no daily limit and we sometimes get out twice a day, depending on weather. Another benefit is that he's become quite the "Lady's man" and most of the female golfers know Rusty by name already and they often stop and give him some lovin.
