We fired the pit and smoked a pork shoulder......ribs look great!

How long you cook your ribs on the egg? On my egg I do 3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped in foil, then 1 hour unwrapped.

Glad to see and hear how you cook them on the Egg. Do you use the plater or straight over the coals?
