Look at the public lands forum. Sniper John and a few others have good posts there of Gator hunts over the years. Might have to do a little searching to find them.

If your in Pennsylvania you might want to look into Gator hunting Georgia and South Carolina. They are much closer to you than Texas. Both have gator hunting lottery hunts that include public land and you can build preference points in both states. Georgia I know does not require a license to apply, you can pick up a preference point each year for free, and non resident licensing is not too bad.
