I'M new to this predator calling and need advise here is what I have and I'm in Georgia but will be hunting in Texas this winter. Equipment I purchased or borrowed AR 15 5.56 WITH Nikon P223 3-9X40 BDC 600 SCOPE coyote reaper light system (green light) also have red spot light borrowed a remote controlled caller with jack rabbit, cottontail rabbit, coyote howl and coyote puppies and fawn bleat. please tell me the do and don't and which calls to try. I know nothing about this game but did do it 50 years ago with a call of the wild and a white spot light. my ??? dark nights or full moon will it work in the daytime,, wind direction, do I NEED a lure in the daytime, can I try different calls at the same set up, red light or green light can I KEEP THE LIGHT ON FOR A period or do I JUST DO QUICK SWEEPS? EXCUSE MY POOR TYPING!!! Please give me any advise my son is coming for thanksgiving and we what to try this game!!! GA DOG 2

Stay on a call for 20 minutes max, if you do switch I would suggest waiting 2min between the different sounds on a stand. You can try it during the day but your best bet would be at night. Try to get upwind of wherever you think they will be coming from... You also need good visibility to see their eyes in a 360* view as they will circle you before heading in... Just do sweeps for the light every few minutes...
