The Chupacabra was telling my wife that she was having the same problem. She wanted me to give her money for a lift. Told her to sell her 1976 travel trailer she parks in front of my house and quit revelling in the aroma of the dogs gas and I would think about it. The wife wants to build her a back house when we build our new home. I think my wife must want a divorse just to ask such a thing!! This is what I have to say: "NO lift, No cash, No house...get lost!!

I get the 45/70 out of layaway friday I have to work all weekend so its off to Cabelas next saturday to get a scope, rings, and a side trigger extention. Hunterted we need the target set up!!!!!!!

I have a pic of one off my deer cam. I did not know that was what it was. I just thought it was TCH when there is a full moom out.

The new addition made it home. I thought there was going to be some trouble when I put it in the safe, my 270wsm tried to show it who was the big dog but backed down quickly after one look down the 45/70's bore. I am kinda worried about the 30/30's though they kinda look like TCH standing next to Hunterted I'll get the 45/70 dressed up and ready to hunt next weekend.

Got to shoot the 45/70 today!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shot the remington 405 gr factory loads through it and it was a very nice gun to shoot. Randall showed up and pulled the 375 and 458 out for me to shoot and I have to say neither was even close to unpleasant to shoot. Thanks Randall I appreciate it brother.

On another note I think I created a monster. I let Sabra shoot turtles with a 243 today. When I mentioned switching to a 22 she said she doesnt want to shoot anything that small. I think she's been around Randall to long.

LOL Nah, I think I want one in .444 or .450 marlin. No sense in all of us havin the same gun. I wish they chaimbered that gun in .458.

Ken's new 45/70 is fun to shoot, and it is a really neat looking gun with that octagon barrel. I still think for that rifle and that round, I would check out the Ghost Ring sight set up. Just my own personal little hang up, but to me something just don't look right, having a scope on a lever action.

If I didn't already have 2 45/70's, I would be looking at getting one like Ken's, instead of the 1894 in 44 Rem. Mag., I wished that it came with that 26 inch barrel instead of the 20.
