I feel your pain, but he is not there. I hunt far NE TX and I have not had a legal buck on camera this year. They'll move more as it gets cooler. I don't know where you are, but it's going to be a bumper crop of acorns at my place. That's where I'd hide. They'll be there until the acorns sour.

I agree with all of the comments above. He may come close but definitely NOT worth the chance. He looks about 12-12.5" to me.

The thing that I noticed year after year is that the bucks I see in preseason all seem to move on when season starts and then some new ones start coming in. Late season I start seeing the preseason bucks again.
