I have 270 acres in Splendora it is about 40 minutes north of houston.
THis land is 1/2 mature hardwood mix and 1/2 pine plantation. This season will be my third year to have the lease. It was not leased before that. I will allow up to 4 guns @ $575 per gun or $2300 for the whole thing.

There are really no amenities i can offer. there is a small camping area but no water or electricity. It is primarily 4x4 accessible. There are plenty deer, hogs and squirrel. I allow one buck one doe and a spike. There are no stands on the lease. I am feeding year round on a smaller lease that adjoins this property.

I am really looking for a group to lease it but i am considering individuals.
