Come warm up for dove season on August 27th, 2016 at the first annual Parker County Cowboy Church Sporting Clays Shoot benefiting the Pc3 youth groups.
Raelynn and I moved to Aledo in 2014 and soon after found our church home at the Parker County Cowboy Church. In an effort to help in the best way I know how, we're going to have a shoot. The 100 bird course will be hosted on the ranch next to the church with registration, lunch and parking being at the PCCC church. We have an awesome shoot committee that's already been working hard to make this a great event. The targets will be set by Buck Heath with MEC Clay Targets Machines (
http://www.mectexas.com/about/) and myself. We'll aim to have a fun set of targets for all levels of shooters, whether you're warming up for Texas State or warming up for dove season to start Sept. 1st. Midday while everyone's enjoying the Morrison Supply provided lunch, I'm going to put on a trick shooting exhibition.
All proceeds from the shoot will benefit the Pc3 youth group to help fund their ski trip and various other activities throughout the year.
