Will you pick on me if I paint my gun in a battle worn pattern?
I read that people talk smack with battle worn/distressed paint jobs anf was wondering if this is a real thing or what.
Opinions? Each to his own, I say. I've seen distressed paint patterns that looked good. It's not my cup of tea, but that doesn't mean that nobody else should do it if that is what they like. If somebody giver you a hard time about it, remember that all this tells you is about their opinion. Opinions are all over the place, and always will be. How ironic coming from the man that thinks if you don't shoot with a wood stock you're a "wonnabe sniper or mall ninja" I have never said that, and you are a low-rent clown for suggesting that I did. Are you available for children's parties?

From the "Sniper moving away from plastic and fiberglass thread" Yes, I do not imagine that there would be a lot of the the finer quality firearms there, mainly stuff that is either plastic or painted. They all saw the sniper movie, and know what they want to pretend they are doing.  Pretty sure you said everyone that shoots plastic, or painted guns are wonnabe snipers because they saw a movie. You've made the same asinine comments about "tactical" rifles in the past. Again if you don't shoot with top grain wood stocks you're a wonnabe sniper or mall ninja.
