Yeah that's good stuff. We use those alot, and have gotten pretty creative. Have a big roaster over/crock pot, use the heck out of it.... can make breakfast tacos for about 100 just using it, brown the meat in it, rake to the side, brown the diced potatoes in the middle, mix with sausage, rake to the sides, cook the eggs in the middle, stir it all together.... awesome, ready serve, and only one thing to clean!
Do chili the same way nowadays, brown the meat, add everything else, stir it up, and let her cook for hours.
Soups, stews, baked potatoes... can even do baked potatoes with a timer, have a plug on a clock, set it to come on at 2pm, leave potatoes in cooker, ready to eat at 6 or 7 without touching them again...
