We looked at some land today within minutes for Graham Texas. From what you read on this site Young County seems to be hit or miss when it comes to deer population. Can anyone give me some insight as to what we should expect for that area?

It sounds like you are looking at a place really close to where I have hunted for the past few years. The place I hunted was off of Cement Mountain Road right about 5-7 miles or so south of Graham. There is a pretty good population of deer where I hunted but there is a lot of hunting pressure in that area. There are some good bucks in that area as well, but since its so thick you really have to do your homework and hunt hard and often. The plus that I see in hunting that area is that there are a ton of hogs and turkey. We see a bunch of ducks as well on the tanks. Good Luck!

If it is south of graham, it is a real hit and miss. A lot of hunting pressure. JMO
