Has anyone ever done their own golf cart conversion? I'm thinking a lift and some taller tires to get the clearance up for starters. Might even add the second motor eventually.

I was going to do my own but as I was searching for cheap parts I came across Ennis golf carts in Liberty Hill outside of Austin. They quoted me parts - installed - cheaper than I could find them elsewhere so I let them do it.
They are great guys and I've been very happy with their work.

For other accessories that I've added, I've used Buggies Unlimited which is mail order. They had about the best price for the smaller stuff that I wanted to do myself.
