We are a family oriented group of 5 hunters that has hunted together for years looking to find a new lease in this area. We'd like to be within 2 hours south or west of Ft. Worth. Looking for anywhere between 500 - 1200 acres with campsite and electric. Water is a plus. We're on a limited time frame before we have to give our present landowner notice.

Ieric Rogers in Callahan County - Wrote us a lease (renewal) signed it, cashed our checks and then calls back 2 weeks later wanting more money. Says he is sending our money back. This guy doesn't have a clue about hunting or what leases are worth. He thinks he can get over $31.50/acre - I told him it would be the most expensive deer lease in Texas! On top of that, the only things running around out there are pigs and about two or three 2-yr old 8 pts. This guy wouldn't even tell us his exact acreage until we pinned him down over it.
