I ordered something from their website and was billed for it, but haven't received the order in 4 weeks. The email addr bounces back, and I just get a recording at the phone number, with no messages being accepted. Tom Redmond Outdoors and Archery Experts

No one has dealt with this guy? I think the correct name is "Tom Redmond Outdoors and Archery Experts".

I had done a search earlier and only came up with this other guy complaining about them on another hunting forum: biggamehunt.net

Well, I had to do the following:
1) Cancel out my credit card, in case this vendor decided to use it fraudulently.
2) Start the process of disputing the charge by sending a certified letter, return receipt requested, to the address listed on his website.
This last seems to have done the trick as I got an email today from him (seemed computer generated) canceling my order and (supposedly, I'll have to check) refunding my money to my credit card.
Bottom line -- avoid this dealer!

I used to order arrows from them years ago and never had any complaints. But lately I get my arrows from elsewhere.
