Just curious... Has anyone had any luck with any of the lease finders online??? I am about to purchase a finder and wanted to be sure its worth it... Also, willing to help others in thier search if I do... I am just a good guy like that!!

I'm on leasehunter dot com. The one reason I went with them is that you can see all the info except the contact information. On a lot of the other sites, they just give you an "example" page, you can't do any search without paying. I tried to PM you but it would'nt go through. Send me a pm an I'll fill you in a little more.
Gotta put some lead in the air if you're going to get anything!

Found my new lease at leasehunter.com. I looked all winter before paying the $12 for a month to get the contact info for the ads I was interested in. You have to be quick, leases go fast. IF you do find a place, go look at it, spend a day or 2 if you can, gather up maps and all the info you can get. I looked for 2 months and got lucky as soon as season was over, there it was. Good Luck.

Cool... I am signed up... Gonna pay the 30.00 for 6 months when I find one I am interested in... Right now there are lots of day hunt ads... Prolly Feb will bring in more yearly ads... So exciting!!!

I've seen some "decent looking" leases on deertexas. I am looking for one in Medina or Atascosa co.

Knowing what I know about finding leases, I would not really be looking for great deals right now. Truth is, most landowner/ranchers/brokers are not desperate to find hunters at this time of year. Our Hunting Reports are normally at the lowest counts for listings in Jan-Feb and they gradually increase to over 300 new listings per week in October! (I know, it is just the opposite of what most hunters expect) but we have been tracking the hunting lease market in Texas for over 20 years and it has not changed at all with regards to when good listings appear. I look forward to helping you.

I have found my last two places using Hunting Pages. I was paying for four services at the time to make sure I did not miss anything. Good Luck with your search.

Thanks! So far I have only signed up with Leasehunters, but I am doing the buddy system with a few folks with online lease finders... I search daily, I find TONS of great leases, just far from me...
