I've had this Remington Mohawk chambered in 243 for a few years now and I hadn't gotten around to developing a load for it until now. My wife decided she likes my 700 so I now I have the motivation to find what this 600 likes. 45.2 Gr IMR4350 under a Sierra 85 gr HPBT Game King. Just under an inch at 100 yards.

Glad you found one. My 243 seems to like 40 grains of IMR 4350 under a 100 grain Prohunter.

It's funny how finicky rifles can be. Mine didn't like 100's

It's funny how finicky rifles can be. Mine didn't like 100's Im new to a 243 win, however some reading I did before I bought mine suggested that a 1:10 twist (which is pretty standard for a 243) is on the edge of stability for most 100 grain bullets. I wanted a savage anyway and it came with a 1:9.25 I believe.

It's funny how finicky rifles can be. Mine didn't like 100's My M600 sings with 100 gr bullets behind a max load of IMR4831. It is particularly fond of the Speer BTSP and the obsolete Nosler Solid Base. Is it possible that you may need to load your 100 gr bullets to maximum velocity in order for them to stabilize? I'd try that before I gave up on the 100 gr pills, the most useful weight bullet if Texas hogs are on the menu, IMO.
