Season meat with a little Fiesta fajita seasoning, and put in a bowl or bag with just a little Dales steak seasoning. A little Dales goes a long way, so dont use too much and just let them sit about 15 minutes before cooking.Good stuff.

What time should I be over for Kelly's cooking?

There are LOTS of commercial fajita marinades - both dry rubs and liquid. You can make your own, or pick one up, Ralph's spices makes a couple of good ones, both with hot peppers and without, with and without meat tenderizer.

Adobo seasoning (Badia makes it as does Ralph's)(NOT THE LIQUID MOLE SAUCE) is a seasoning mix from Puerto Rico that comes with black pepper (it will say con pimento)or without black pepper (con pimento) that we at the Weems Household use a lot.

Or, go to any grocery with a good selection of spices and try your own!

Like they said Zesty Italian overnight in fridge.... Then load it down with the Fiesta fajita seasoning. Make sure and get the BLUE DOT seasoning.

Just my .02, but I think the italian dressing may be a little overrated. Dry rub the hell out of it and soak in a little worchestershire and call er good. Cook to no more than medium and you will have a better tasting meat.
