I got on my 03 honda foreman this morning and started it. It started fine like always and I was letting it warm up. I then turned the lights on and they came on for about 2-3 seconds and atv died. Lights and display went off and the electric start wouldn't work. I can pull start it and it runs but the electric items won't. I've researched this and have seen that it may be the regulator or rectifier may be bad. I'm not much of a mechanic. Can anyone help me out? Has anyone else had this problem?

Check the fuse under the seat.....fixed more than a few Hondas with a simple fuse change.
The reason it runs without fuse is the magneto doesn't need juice to run, the key only kills it by grounding out the hot wire. Bad/good thing is if you lose your key, reach up under the front fenders and unplug the ignition wire and it will start and run but no other electrics will work so you CAN get home!
