Have fixed a lot of things on the disc, from stir fries to steaks, and it just keeps getting better. Tonight I fixed burgers as the title says. Seasoned burgers, got disc good and hot. Circled outer edge with a good bit of olive oil and added 1/2 stick of butter. Threw burgers on, about 30-40 seconds per side, then pulled them to outer edge of disc while throwing onions and mushrooms in juices until caramelized. Total time about 5 min. Added Swiss cheese as soon as burgers were removed. Unbelievable burgers, but sorry, no pics as they were scarfed up {eaten} before I could take a pic, maybe next time. Love my disc more every day. Have two new disks in the shop, working on getting them ready for the kids.
My Yote toys, Ruger 77 22-250 Foxpro 416B & numerous hand calls ************ God would never send Firefighters to Hell because we would put the fire out!

Come on man! you can't do that without pics. Seriously though, that sounds awesome and confirms I really need a disc cooker.

Did you have any issues with the beef grease? Every time I try burgers (80-20) on my disk, I end up with a lake of fat. Maybe I'm trying to cook to many at once?

Sounds delicious. Used my new disc last weekend to cook up a bunch of crappie fillets. Uses a lot less oil than my cast iron pots with easier cleanup. Going to try fajitas this weekend at the ranch.
