I have been shooting Texas white tails with a 375 H&H for about 10 years now, nothing wrong with them.
The 375 Ruger is the new kid on the block and some folks are facinated with them.
The real answer will come 5 or more years down the road, and the availability of ammo for the 375 Ruger.
The 375 H&H has been around since 1912, and is really easy to handload for.

got to agree with crazy horse.
alot of new rounds have come out lately, the .308 marlin, the .30TC, the .338 federal, the .375 ruger, etc.
i dont see any being big sellers, the last new round that was a real commercial success was the .300wsm.
ammo might be a concern, but unless you do a lot of heavy game hunting, then i would pass on it unless big bores are your passion
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.
