I have about 1600 acres, all low fence, with three feeders already set up on it. About half is in the canyon and half on top. We have a skinning shed with a walk in cooler and electric game hoist. Electricity and water is available. No hogs, occasional aoudad and we havent had exotics but they are in the area. The 1600 acres was not hunted last year. Available for 2-4 hunters.

Hmm, looks like they haven't included estimated density with our helicopter surveys due to the ruggedness of the terrain. I'd estimate our density to be around 15/square mile. Estimated 2:1 Doe to buck ratio. Heavy turkey density.

Is this available for exclusive leasing? What is the price point? We are looking for a year round lease to take our children camping and varmint hunting when out of season. Thanks!
