Bill is saying to eat your sausage with some spaghetti..
I wouldnt buy the 5lb..spring for the 10. I have it and am so glad I went with the bigger one. I can stuff an entire casing in one load with the 10 lb..which you cant do with the 5lb.

I was planning on buying a vertical one as well, but kind of worried about the plastic gears.

Lem makes good products. I've used there cheap grinder with plastic gears and stuffer attachment for 6 or so deer and haven't had an issue at all.

There used to be a guy from Rowena, TX that refurbished old Enterprise Stuffers. If you find one of them, you pass it on to your great grandchildren. Mine is close to 90 year sold and still works like new.
