Hog meat testing?

I know up north you can send in a chunk of bear meat or tongue to have it tested for trichnosis, can that be done in Texas anywhere for hogs? I understand cooking them properly will kill everything, but it would be interesting to see if the pigs actually had something.

Yea it can be tested for $50. I'll be more than happy send ya address where to send the check to and the meat needs to be already made into spicy sausage for an accurate test.
I'm a terrible shot but I follow up with a grenade!
