With all the optimism displayed in this thread he probably decided it was a lost cause providing information here. Patience is a virtue, some have it some don't.

The sad part is ATN updates. Never seen another company spew so much BS as Sachal. He should have just said 'not F'ing'sure'. I mean, because he couldn't have been sure, otherwise we would have had them back in April when he first said.

I heard from a friend of a friend who's cousin's sister's uncle who worked as a bathroom attendant at ATN he over heard two exec's talking about it shipping next week.

Here is the BIG ANNOUCEMENT posted to ATN's facebook an hour ago.

Everyone thank you for your patience. We understand that it has been a long time coming but we have some great news. The initial launch firmware is complete on the X-Sights and we are now into full production. We anticipate shipments to start going out to customers mid October.

Videos in both day and night modes will be posted as we film them in the coming days.

Once again thank you for your patience. We can’t wait to start sharing these units with you.
