Back in June I ordered a 50 rnd box of each of the 124gr RM, 115gr RM, and new 115gr 9mm. When I went out to do some shooting the loads felt inconsistent. Some felt weak, some felt normal. I then found a cracked case on one of the 124gr RM. Unfortunately I do not have lot numbers.

I was shooting at an old metal coffee can with the 115 RM at about 7yrds when I had a round that didn't even penetrate through the can! I decided to wait on firing the rest at that point. This through my M&P fullsize.

Later the next week I got in contact with Brenda at Freedom Munitions and told her about the cracked case and weak loads. She asked me to send her these pictures then I didn't hear anything for over a month.

I finally called her and asked her why they hadn't responded. She apologized and she that there was a mistake on their end. She said even though there had been a mistake she could not do anything about the weak loads BUT she would send me 1 free round to replace the cracked case and give me 5% off my next order.

Definitely never ordering from them again. Be warned guys. This is the quality and customer service you will get from Freedom Munitions.

Glad/Sorry to hear this. I was seriously planning on ordering the New stuff in 9mm since the prices are close to each other.

They load 124 and 147 FMJ and this was what I have been looking at.

If the indoor range I shot at allowed steel cased bi-metal ammo I would buy Wolf ammo.

Sorry to hear this. I talked to them at the Tulsa Gun Show about some 55 grain SP 223s. They said to call or email them after the show to place my order. Multiple calls and emails were never returned. I'm glad now that they were not... They will be under in no time.

Ya it sucks but hey, that's life. I just wanted to post this to make sure people know how bad their quality and customer service is so they don't have to go through this too! Or worse get a squib. If their quality control stays like this it's probably only a matter of time.

I've decided to say away from remanufactured as a whole from now on.

I'm a little late to this thread, but I've put a few hundred rounds of Freedom Munitions 9mm 124 grn reman and .45ACP 230 grn reman down range and had nothing but good experiences with them. Good prices and free shipping. No complaints from me.

With that said, I sure understand the OP's situation. I would be pretty frustrated.

As a note of correction/apology, I was dealing with Founding Fathers Ammo (http://www.ffammo.com/), not Freedom Munitions. My apologies...
