Well after much anticipation I finally got the new CZ.28 bore from my dealer the other day. LOL in the add they said the rear stock had been cut down for a ladies/youth model. What they failed to mention is the lady or youth that shot it, had to have been a midget. The rear stock had 4 inches cut off of it.
SO I called CZ and they don't sell the rear stock, one gun+one stock. I was a little surprised to hear that. Fortunately they send the 4 inch piece that had been cut off. So this weekend I will glue it screw it back on. THen sand the whole thing down and tung oil finish the stock. Kind of a pain in the arse but I got the gun for 50% off new. It feels really light in the hands. The thin receivers on these small bore shotguns is one thing I really like about them.

Heck, I'd a figured you'd just whittle another one! If it were a round stock I would. I am dang lucky they sent the drop piece. I was going to get all fancy and cover the joint with a strip of celtic knot trim. My wife said "screw that just butt it together and lets go shoot it". OK.
