We did.. and hammered the birds. Saturday we had 32 hunters and took 32 limits out of the field. Sunday was a little slower but ended up with 28 limits.
Just South of Jourdanton, Tx.

I hunted near Lytle on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of white wings there!

I live in freer my field was full of dove then we got a hard rain and could'nt get to the field to hunt. But i did'nt see as mant by the house!!

I was about as far south as you can get. We hunted Mathers Ranch South of Brownsville, within feet of the Rio Grande. The hunting was amazing! There was 6 of us and we all got our limits Sat and Sun. We had a 1st time shooter, limit out both days, I've never even heard of such a thing happening!

There are a lot of birds in South Tx right now. Im betting its going to be one of the best seasons we have had.
