Neat looking buck. I have seen a a few in my life like that. One was in La Salle County that we had seen and TC pics of for 2-3 yrs. He was a nice 10 like this one. He was about 5 the last year we saw him and the point was about 12-14" long and looked like a caribou shovel. He broke it off before we ever saw him after the rut had started. About 5 yrs went by and the ranch manager of the ranch called me and asked me about that buck. Said they thought they had killed him. The buck had no teeth left and only a smaller point about 5"-6" long instead of the shovel type point. He sent me a couple of pics of him and I found some old 35mm TC pics of him and we are sure it was the same buck. He still had a pretty good set of antlers for his age. From what I was told, the extra beam does not allow the buck to be scored under B&C since there is no rules to cover a 3rd pedicle/main beam from the skull.

Cool looking deer. Curious to see how the "center point" develops. I'd call him Alfalfa.

I was lucky enough to shoot a unicorn buck last year and his unicorn to the front was about 4". Makes for a very unique mount.

Yours is really a nice looking deer....hope you get him.

He's a nice looking buck. So he looks mature and this is the first time you've got him on camera?
