Good Day Hunting Brethren!
I'm new to forum, and hunting in general. I wanted to start out small, got me a decent air rifle, but need a place to bag me some small game (rabbits, squirrels, doves etc....."them good eatings")
Anybody know of places around Collin County that would allow me to bag small game using an air rifle?
Heck, somebody with a: big back yard/farmland/treeline would work....just want to hunt...I'm starving lol!

do you live in the crowded neighbor hood or do you have cool neighbors if you dont keep looking but if you have a decent yard if you want to hunt look for eurasion collard dove you can hunt year round with a air rifle you CAN'T shoot white wings or morning dove with one. but if you are looking to shoot pest starlings are your best bet the goverment has been killing them because they kill of the native species. squirrels you have to wait untill season. if you have a .177 use the crosman premier hollow points if you have a .22 use crosman premier domes. remeber heart shots are just as deadly as a head shot!

Get you a WMA permit at Texas Parks and Wildlife for $40.00 or whatever they cost now. It will have maps to public land around here that you can hunt. Also, pick you up a copy of the game laws so you won't do anything to get yourself in trouble with that pellet gun.

Tons of rabbits in my neighborhood in plano... Sorry - small lot with lots of neighbors!
