One of the Walmarts in San Angelo had a 4 hour power outage Tuesday. The temperatures in the deli area rose to unsafe levels resulting in the entire contents being discarded.

Lot of nitrates wasted, too. More than half that stuff could sit for a year + (in the heat) without decomposing. 2000 years from now, some archeologist will un-earth that pile, and ask 'wtf, ....' .

They rushed everyone away from electronics and sporting goods as quick as possible, then shoed us out of the store. That was well over a hundred people. I bet the loss of business on one power outage would pay for a back up generator, especially in areas where the power goes out a lot like back home in West Virginia.

Ya I seriously doubt it. A 1.5 meg is about half a mill + service and that's before the tier 4 bs.....
