 remote traps ??

I need some information on these trap gates that are able to be closed with a phone call or text message to a cellular controlled gate. I found one website that sells the entire pen, gate, etc. I already have the pen and gate. All I need is a way to close the gate by telephone. Anyone have experience with these and care to educate me? Thanks fellas.

yeah. Unfortunately that post doesnt say anything about what type of mechanism it uses besides being cellular I assume.
