 Found some old western brand 20ga shells... Should I sell them or use them?

Cleaning out some of my grandfathers things and came across these old shells(see pic below). Are they a collectors item? Should I try to use them?

If you can get more for them than a new box without much hassle that is what I would do, provided they have no sentimental value.
