Red area. I've seen deer. Blue area I've seen deer consistently. Yellow is general area where I've seen 140-160" bucks harvested. The further east and south you get the more deer you will see. NW side of the county you probably never will see a deer. On the west side of the county all around the lake and Richland Creek bottom deer can be found in good numbers. Just think thick timber/creek bottoms. 2 of the deer I've seen taken were 135-145 less than 5 miles from town. One near Corbet, 1 near Roane.

Thanks for the pics! Looks awesome...that's a great deer your son harvested! I will try the DD...being new to area always looking for good place to eat...
