Hello I'm looking for a deer lease for me and two relatives, we would prefer the whole ranch if possible, for it to be low fence and surrounded by larger ranches.
Counties I would like: Brooks, Kenedy, Willacy, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg
Acreage: Between 200 - 1500

Yeah. Pretty much everyone would like the lease you describe. But they are rare as hens teeth, locked up in forever contracts, and think about it, if one's available, what condition do you think the population is??
Yep, everyone would like to shop at neiman Marcus on a walmart budget. And that's why low fences are rare in ST now.

Good luck. I agree with you, only difference is that I'm not on a walmarts type of budget, I know I have to spend a lot of money for a great lease. Hopefully one pops up.
