I'm thinking about getting one but not sure which one. I'm not sure the ones that spinning circles are very realistic. They have a butt duck with paddling feet that looks like it would get the job done. Does anyone have experience with these? Got a Mojo but I'm not really convinced it does much good. I like the fact that this will give motion to my decoy spread in the water.

If you are hard on equipment, get the pulsator. We sold the pulsators and went to the WD's. The WD'S wouldn't hold up to 3-4 hunts/week for the season. Their warranty is a joke also. We had multiple issues with the motors and had WD admit it was a design flaw but still charged us to fix them. Back to pulsators. Just hate how heavy they are and having to charge batteries after every hunt.

A simple jerk string is the best method. Ducks are more attracted to ripples on the water than anything else you can throw at em.

They are great except when it's freezing temps. Get the delay switch.

The delay switch looks good. I have a jerk string but I want a hands free option. Gun in one hand and a call in the other.

The weight of the decoys make the motors in the ripple makers go out fast... just toss them in the middle of the decoys on their own line and weight... have had a couple of them and they last just fine

Jeremy I've got some ducks I want to drop off ASAP. You available this weekend? Last time we spoke you had a baseball tournament with your son. I need to clear some freezer space.

I've had 3 of the original models for 10 years and have never had a problem. I use a minimum of 1 per dozen dekes. If i use fewer than 3 dozen dekes which is most of the time then I still use all 3. I'm adding a duck butt this year. I haven't used a mojo since I bought my WD's.
Live to hunt, hunt to live.

I have a higdon pulsator that has lasted 7 seasons. rechargeable 12v acts as weight as well.
They are a lot more durable than WD or mojo decoy butt
