The specs were likely drawn in close by all the great food washing ashore with all that seaweed. What I really enjoyed was getting a boat out and fishing the breakers from the other side. THAT is a great way to catch speckled trout!


While I agree its a great way to catch em , nothing beats wading in a calm surf. Something about being out there with em that gets me going. Plus ot jeeps you cooled down in those hot summer months
