That's just low hanging fruit, I saw that coming a mile away.

I had some made with 60% pork and jalapenos that was smoked. It turned out pretty darn good. Every so often you will take a bite and think, "what the heck was that", but overall good.

all depends on if your supplying or receiving the duck sausage.

Same here, they do a great job and my kids and wife love it when I smoke'm for a bit to put with some cheese and crackers.

I don't know what all the fuss is about, I was just trying to have a meaningful discussion about duck sausage, and I should have know Judd and Rooster would take it to a whole new level.

Very pricey sausage, but probably worth it when you take into account how much time and effort it takes to do yourself (plus cost of grinder, stuffer and ingredients)

Picked up my duck sausage today, oh man is it good!!! I can't see any duck in it so far, makes me wonder if they toss the duck in the trash and gave me all sausage.

I will trade you some venison.

This sausage is not gonna last very long!! It's going like hot cakes!

Which ones do you wish you had more/less of?

The jury is till out, but it is really all good. If you like one, you will like the other. It is a tight race, but if the clock stopped now, it would go like this:

1) Jalapeno/Cheese Smoked Links - Seems to be the most popular, my son as dang near ate it all.

2) Chipotle/Jack Smoked Links comes in strong second...Probably more flavor than most people desire.

3) Smoked link Hot - I could make this one #1, simple and good.

4) Fajita Sausage - it is ok, I need to try some more.. Has not live up to the hype so far..

5) Smoked link Mild - I would not get this for myself, my Mom likes it.

6) Brats - We have not even open the bag on this one yet. This is the only one that is not smoked. It is fully cooked (steamed), just not smoked. So this is the only one that needs to be put on the grill, just to brown it.
