I have a 35 Acre place on Clear Creek in SW Cooke County for Lease. It is Between Forestburg & Rosston near the small community of Prairie Point. Pretty open except the Timber that runs along the creek. Wheat planted in the fall in the main field & Cattle will be turned out. Fenced to keep the cattle out of the timber. This was a pretty active oilfield area the last few years, but quiet now. It is family land that has never been hunted. $700. Looking for 1 person or father & son. I can show next weekend.
