 1500 acres for lease in Menard county

I have 1500 acres in Menard county for lease. Year round access. Families welcome. The place has good deer, lots of turkey, great dove hunting around water. There is a small resident population of axis. lease does have a camp site with electricity. Water is near by but not running to the camp site. I do have cattle and a small heard of sheep on the place. No goats.
I am looking for a group that will feed protein and mange for good bucks. I do one aerial survey in the fall and manage for predators.

Where is the ranch from menard ? Are you allowed to take any axis ?

North West of town. a couple axis does and spikes every year are included. Bucks are negotiable.

I have several people coming to look at the lease this weekend. I am not available to show it again until Tuesday. If you want to come see the place please call me. I will update the thread if it gets leased.
