Found a lease that is 855 acres would like to see if we cant get a group of us together 6 people total including myself so need 5 more anyone interested to see if we could do this shoot me a pm.

Not sure exactly its not far from san marcos it borders another large ranch though

I talked to him earlier it borders the freeman ranch im tryin to get a few people together so I can get on the lease he wants to lease to a group of 6 for 12k but he said if I can get 3 we could do that also and hell lease to another party of 3

Freeman Ranch has some great deer for that area. It should be a good lease.

There were some free ranging elk on that ranch about 10 years ago.

TAHC permitted feral swine holding facility.

Yes do your research guys...I believe there was a pretty big scam a couple years ago on a ranch that was bordering Freeman as well....It was on here and another forum... I cant find it tho...Im not saying this is the same place,but that is a big piece of land..Most of that stuff between San Marcos and Wimberley is TOUGH to get...I goggled "san marcos day lease scam" and pages of Gould showed up....

The man im going through isnt ken gould ill talk to him tomorrow and make sure hes not a middle man for ken ive been doing research on san marcos hunts and seen some scams on google will keep you guys updated not going to throw his name out yet incase hes legit appreciate all the info

Well guys npt sure about this one after all the pm's and research and the landowner or lease manager not returning my calls the lease is available on deertexas.com if interested but I think id steer clear
