This is a pic of the ramp ceremony for a young soldier from my Battalion he was killed by an IED during my second deployment. RIP PFC Dobereiner and SGT Lyons who also was KIA during that deployment.

Sad, my son also lost a soldier while deployed
I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

One of the hardest things I ever had to do in the Army was polish a friend boots one last time for his Memorial service. Non combat related but still not easy.
